These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Kaching Spot cashback app (the "App") and the services provided through the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for any activities or actions under your account.

3. Cashback Program

• The App allows users to earn cashback on purchases made through participating merchants.
• Cashback rates and offers may vary by merchant and are subject to change at any time without notice.
• Cashback will be credited to your account within a specified period after the purchase is confirmed by the merchant.
• You must comply with the terms and conditions of each participating merchant to be eligible for cashback.

4. Redemption of Cashback

• Cashback can be redeemed once you reach the minimum redemption threshold specified in the App.
• Redemption options may include bank transfer, gift cards, or other methods as specified in the App.
• Kaching Spot reserves the right to modify redemption options and requirements at any time.

5. Prohibited Activities

• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• You must not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the App or its servers.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or any accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the App.

6. Termination

• Kaching Spot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
• Upon termination, any cashback accumulated in your account may be forfeited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Kaching Spot does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaching Spot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.

9. Changes to Terms

Kaching Spot reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kaching Spot is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
